What’s the best position that mixes business and data science together? I like the technical aspect of DS (coding, algos, models..etc) but I don’t see myself being super technical. At the same time, I love to connect data to business and be on the strategic side of things however I don’t want to only be doing. The boutique I’m considering accepting an offer at has a partner to associate ration of 7:1 (7 partners for every 1 associate). Only one equity partner and a mix of more senior and more junior non equity. All partners are expected to bring in business but naturally more Junior have less clients and help out other partners on their cases.
