Hello guys!! Can anyone of you please help me out? Or atleast some advice!! I'm a bit confused between Accenture and Bain & Company. I've offers from both of these firms with almost similar package. What is stopping you from joining Bain ?

like

Bain it should be!

If talking about technical side, Accenture would be more suitable as per future aspects also.

like

Bain for sure. Brand value and technology adoption are key reasons. You may find people from Accenture or similar companies working for Bain as technology vendors. Perks in any consulting company is better than most service based company.

So our school board just fired our principal last tonight. He was terrible for the last five years but decided now would be a good time. Our head secretary who has been here for 30 years took a different position at another site two weeks ago because of that principal. We start school in three weeks with no principal, no head secretary, and no schedule for distance learning. Please pray for me 😐

Anyone have experience with a Base + RSU only offer from AWS? The base very small, with a 2 year “cash sign on” that brings TC back up to a reasonable level. But after 2 years, your RSUs are fully vested, and TC = Base + RSUs. No additional detail is provided on the value of the RSUs… except for a “Target Total Comp”. Thoughts on this setup?

Hi all! For an experienced hire as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, what should I expect the salary/sign-on bonus to be at a MCOL city? I have approx. 3.5 YOE (non-consulting), MBA and MS degree (non target school) and also SHRM certified (which is probably irrelevant for the role but thought I’d share anyways). Already did my research but the range is kind of all over the place for experienced hires so just want to have a ballpark. Thanks!
