Hello, I am a recent BBA SupplyChain graduate. I went back to school after years in the banking and insurance industry. I am currently looking for a job to start my supply chain career. What should be my desired salary? I left the workforce making over 60k with no degree and I realize I am in a completely new industry with 0 experience but I am having a hard time settling for less. Hi fishes i gave an interview on 3rd Nov for .net developer role with 1.5 YOE, still I haven't got any response from team TCS side.
Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?

Current pay : 8 LPA
Expected pay TCS : 11.5 LPA(still waiting for TR results)
Got Offer from infosys : 10.5 LPA (offer released)

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. Working for a big insurance provider and currently at a grade 6 individual contributor role and want to get a grade 8 manager role. Managers make 40% more than my current salary on average. Is it crazy to think I would get offered that because it’s a senior position? I know 10% is a promotion raise at the company but that wouldn’t make sense jumping up 2 levels. Thoughts?
