Question about BO:

I’ve only experienced bad BO when I’m stress sweating (presentations, put on the spot, etc.) or on my period. Even if I’m sweating while exercising, I’ve never smelled.

However, more recently I’ve been noticing it’s all the time. I haven’t changed my diet, my job or anything life changing to affect my hormones/health.

Anyone have experience with this?

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Isn't it normal to be paid OTE during ramp-up period?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
