I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

Don’t switch. Stay where you are
Depends on many factors: how tired are you of your old job, how much more money will you make, and which team are you joining at Amazon. This might be the right place to ask some insiders info on your new team/product. Even if on hire freeze you could be entering some of their core business or growing products for which they will keep hiring. It is a risk though, so keep all the factors into account.
This plus be proactive even as a new hire, approach with curiosity before and after you join. Everyone wants to keep someone who is eager to learn
Don’t drop your main job, work both for as long as you can
Can’t do that I am on H1B 😞
Ask your current job if they can sponsor your green card. It may be worth staying if they do and if you don't hate it there. Being an H1B visa holder makes you very vulnerable during layoffs
