Are you working 80 hour weeks, or 40? If you’re not working the hours of two employees, then I think you should just keep doing what you’re doing and proving you’re a reliable, “go getter” employee. I also agree 70k for a junior is very good, especially during these times.
Been there. 70 for Jr is not bad - especially if you're not working weekends on those things. If you are...it's still not bad if I'm gonna be honest, but you should try to get more money anyway because this industry should pay more.

It definitely makes you more indispensable, and I might use that as leverage for a raise.
But agencies rarely frame things in that way, especially as a junior, you’re just expected to do whatever you can. I’ve worked with a few people who have excellent voices and end up VOing every case study. Others direct or edit or animate. Especially if it was part of the reason you got hired. So I wouldn’t frame it as an extra service.
Look at it as a valuable skill you can use to pitch yourself though. You aren’t wrong that agencies will freelance or hire creatives just to translate scripts or make sure they resonate with Latinx audiences. If you can build a bilingual book, you’ll have an edge over a lot of creatives.
The Spanish speaking copywriters at my agency also write both languages, but usually we have a professional proofer check everything after the fact (if we have time, which we often don’t). Maybe you can bring this up at your next review and leverage it in your promotion. That’s already a pretty high salary for a junior though. Sounds like you might be ready for mid-level!
70k USD as a junior???? God damn
