Hello! I’m currently in a role where duties include a combination of CVT manager and Assistant Practice Manager but am being paid as a capped CVT. I will be approaching my manager to hopefully acquire a salary increase. I am also listed with above titles in my bio on our website. My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed.
