I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.

Corporate work and in house!
Corporate works depends on the company and the legal team you’re supporting. It can range from the stereotypical corporate entities registration/filings to standard admin work or directly working on contracts, order forms, procurement, NDAs, M&As, and supporting sales cycle. But be weary of corporate work — depending on the company they will work you to the bone and suck the life out of you. It’s a totally different atmosphere than traditional law firms. If you really want to make the transition, look into legal specialists, contract specialist, contract analyst, legal analyst, legal operations corporate roles. Because corporate “paralegal” positions wear so many hats there aren’t that many job positions with paralegal in the title.

I don’t know if you’re interested in govt work but there are a lot of clerkships/judicial assistant type roles available that don’t require billable hours and are pretty lowkey, with good benefits. You’d likely have to take a pay cut though
What about research? It's hard to give too many ideas without knowing what area of law you work in.
I do business litigation mostly
