Hello, looking into a Advisory Risk Senior Associate role at Grant Thornton. Does anyone know if you have to case interviews for this type of position?

Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer in Accenture of 16.6L fixed (25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. Looking for some expert opinions.

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Can I go from PE to consulting? I am a mid career PE professional. Mostly in growth capital. I always had wanted to spend some time in strategy consulting. But in undergrad I failed to get an offer, despite making it to final round at nearly all the MBBs. Later I went to b school but it was not a target school for consulting. Now I am more than ten years in finance. Can I try to get an experienced hire role in consulting given PE experience? Is that nuts? Is this “grass is greener” syndrome?

I always wanted to work in consulting (for the varied and dynamic work) and did get a few offers many years ago from EY and PwC but didn't take them because the pay wasn't great. Now that I'm at a Director level in Compliance in the banking industry, I'm wondering if it's too late now to switch to consulting? I do want to give it a try. What do you all think?
