My office is in Gurugram, but I do not live in ggn since the company is fine with WFH.
But once in a while, Like 3 4 days in a month I like to visit office, meet people.
That's when I feel that I do not have any place crash, which leads to me not going to ggn and missing out on stuff.

Can you suggest any solution to this. Also, if someone has a similar job/traveling job, I can pay around 3k rent per month and live for some days.

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Any similar experience to share?

Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
