Offer 2 Goldman Sachs, location Bangalore, position analyst
3+ yoe, based out of Mumbai, filed is IT Audit and both are offering same salary of around 25lpa

I am obviously keen on joining GS but the cost of living in blr is an extra for me since I live with parents in Mumbai. And I am of the thinking that for 3+ yoe I should be at the associate position

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

Congni consulting - 20 lpa gurgaon (more rent)
Ameriprise - 18.3 +1.5 jb (not considering this cuz not as per my domian)

The lack of appropriate PPE affected my health in other ways. I have a latex sensitivity and we ran out of Nitrile gloves. For awhile I had to take an antihistamine to keep from having full on hives.
