I got an offer for a healthtech start up (think Olive/Cedar/Notable) to be an Implementation Lead.

I'm trying to decipher the role to understand what does the position lead mean (1. Lead Vs manager and 2. If it's an individual contributor role or not)

Also salary is 120k + 10k performance bonus and 0.04% equity.
