Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

As an art director, there is a distinction. I would make descriptions/comparisons & differences. Many designers like solo work, many ADs like a writer partner. Designers get joy from logos, endless logos, identity systems, icons, mood boards, and living in Illustrator. More visual in modules or elements vs big picture/integrated mediums. Art Directors get joy from concepting to solve a messaging or business problem, aiming for creating culturally impactful work across many mediums, living in InDesign/Photoshop (and more). And usually not excited to make logos. 😆
Hi. Thank you, very much, for replying so quickly to my original question. By far, the best articulation I’ve ever seen. Was so helpful and made the difference I was hoping it might. Really appreciate the assist. Thank you ❤️🥇🙏
You can't. Leave now.
Art director: Visuals that convey a brand message and work with the copy to fully realize the concept.
Designer: Visuals that look good/clear.
We here on Fishbowl know there’s a lot more to it, but this link puts it in a way that upper management should understand: https://alistapart.com/article/art-direction-and-design/
Thank you for taking time to share and help! 🙏
They made me change the job title to say “graphic designer” because they didn’t want people to think they’d be leading the creative team.
Any ideas and/or recommendations on how to reframe?
