I have given two rounds of technical interview at cognizant. After clearing technical interview , i was asked to submit few of the documents for verification. It's been nearly a month now. I haven't been heard from them yet. They neither do pick the phone nor do reply mails . Have you experienced the same with cognizant ? Can I expect the call , if so when ? Thanks Cognizant

That's what they did to the admin community. They only said something once they needed ppl to decide if they wanted to op-into the severance package.
I just wonder how 1000 EA jobs can turn into 60 ASK positions. They want you to apply right away with a pay cut. They will feel the pain when we are all gone. It’s just a matter of time. Heads Up KPMG!

Expecting some layoffs in other practices but I have no details other than it won’t be proportionate by function.
Know what’s great? Head of US tax still gets two admins + a chief of staff all to himself.

EY did this years ago. Massive EA reduction
PwC did, as well, but quite a few years ago. "Restructured" the admin function.
@KPMG - what is ASK desk?
EY has had this model for years. Most PPEDD's are assigned a remote EA not in their location and anyone else under that rank does not have access to any EA anymore.
