Here is situation: I own condo in 5 store condominium. I have repeatedly asked of the “president” for financials. I suspect that the financials are mishandled and want to go over each bank transaction and receipt / invoice for last three years to ensure the accuracy. Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand

If you invest ur HSA funds into stocks, do they get taxed upon selling? I know they grow tax free. But if I sell them and not make any withdrawals, wud I be taxed?

I started investing in January 2021 with a current portfolio of 40:60 across Mutual Funds ad stocks. The MF portfolio is giving my a current return of around 10% cumulative whereas the stocks are giving around 6% cumulative.

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
