Appreciate it! Will try some exercises / case studies to prepare.

Search the QoE training on your firm training site and do that. Would also be helpful to do NWC, debt like trainings as well
Appreciate the input!

You don’t need to know valuation methodology for FDD
Thanks for the input! From the other comments I'm focusing on QoE, NWC, and brushing up on some data cleaning, extraction, and presentation. Please feel free to share any resources you would recommend.
Agree above but general (multiples) valuation knowledge is preferred.
Focus on QoE, factors that would impact the deal from buy-side's view, macro trends, and most importantly a ton of quality questions to ask.
From a recent PwC FDD lateral hire, good luck!
Appreciate the advice, will do- and congrats to you! From what I hear, they may only be interviewing candidates with prior FDD experience at this point, so I may not even get an interview.
Suggest covering QofE, NWC and Net Debt and understanding how each of these streams would impact a typical EBITDA multiple valuation. Note however that FDD/TAS do not provide an opinion on the appropriate multiple - this is very much in the client’s court.
FDDInterviewPrep.com has a helpful resource if you want to see examples of adjustments with each key work stream and understand the underlying rationale but note that it is a paid resource
Thanks for the advice and link! Appreciate the help.
