How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

Interviewing for Strategy & Ops Lead role. Recruiter shared 6 behavioral questions for me to send back written responses. Anyone know if this is normal, and how it fits into overall interview process?

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

Is it not even worth to applying for a position if you do not meet the minimum experience listed?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Is it really easy to grab job in the last moment?

Jr. Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in Central Florida. Good credentials; top 10% at T14, law review. Sick of private practice bc of hours and pressure. Also, not enjoying the work that Central Florida offers, but want to live here.

I want to one day have my own firm. Trying to think outside the box on how to get the experience w/o being in big law for ten years.

Thinking of applying to be an ASA and to the FL AGO. Would like trial experience or civil rights/con law work.

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?
