Hey everyone! I have a product case/sense interview for an APM role next week! I have no prior experience in PM or case interviews. I came up with a framework to use for the interview. Anyone else have some tips or advice on how to prepare?

I cleared my technical round, after that they gave me an assignment, which I also completed.
Now they send me an invite for product manager round. What will be the questions asked in this round?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.

Considering that the end of this year will probably signal the start of a recession, is this a bad time to jump into a new role in Pharma?

The industry has slowed where I live. Our bonus structure was cut in half at the start of the year. Needless to say the mortgage department floating the bank’s profit margin during the pandemic, and now after 2 years of working our butts off we are receiving a pay cut. I’ve don’t pretty good so far…given multiple roles, pay increases etc. Honestly I don’t enjoy my job anymore and would like to make a change. I want to transition to a tech Product Owner/Manager role. Any advice on how to transition ?

I’m working a internal consulting type of cost engineer role and is seems like a good position to gain skills in that could apply to becoming a PM in the future. I have also worked in design engineering and engineering analysis roles. Have a BS in mechanical engineering and a MS in Data Analytics Engineering.

At the moment i manage a team of 5 industrial designers for b2b sustainable fashion and retail interiors. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical.
