Should I take the offer and then pivot to a management consultant role from there or should I stay in banking and try to get myself into IM? What are my options? Thanks!

I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?

Do you all see a compelling future in your tax career? I’ll go first, I don’t see a compelling future working for a large PA firm in the long run because you have to work more as you move up. However, I do see a compelling future by using my knowledge and skills to open my own firm/business and work less hours as long as I make enough money which is $75k, or if I do work long hours, it’s because I want to.

Looking to get advice on two different job offers. I am only concerned about long term career prospects in choosing one or the other. Offer 1: warehouse manager for a beverage company. I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Designer and architects who have made the jump from consultancy/studio to brand/client side, what's your reasons and how have the transition been?

I’m looking to switch career from data analyst to interior designer. But from what I saw the interior designer has a relatively lower pay compared with data jobs. What should I do? Interior design work makes me happy but it earns less. How do you guys see about salary cut after transitioning careers, especially I need to re-attend school ( not making money for 2+ years and pay for tuition) if I want to switch the career. Thanks!
