Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Hey OP - you've identified you're not happy, that's the first step. You've identified why which is fantastic and super important!
Now what do you want to do next? What excites you? You mention optometry and a few others but is that just the feeling of early interest (and that you still need to research about it), or have you been in the weeds of understanding what the process is into becoming a optometrist and the process excites you? (I'm just using optometry as an example for simplicity.)
If you're at your early phase of exploration, I suggest you keep to your job so you got a paycheck coming consistently, but in your off hours, study exactly what the process is of optometry or whatever career you want. Be honest with yourself through this research if it's something that can make you happy. From there, begin to pivot. Nothing is absolute, you don't like where you're at now, change it.
You're not in a unique position, I think I can say that many of us, if not all, come at this crossroad. Sometimes over and over again. But we have to be practical when changing directions so whatever direction you choose, make sure you understand what that path ahead can lead you to. You must appreciate the process, not just the end game.
