Hey I recently graduated from my undergrad and I am getting the salesforce admin certification and looking for entry level positions at salesforce consulting firms. I do not have technical skills but am willing to learn the developer side but I am more so trying to go into management further along the line but learn CRM as a start. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to look for these types of jobs?

Hi guys, I joined care ratings about 5 months back. However I had been asked to move from Research to ratings due to high work load.
However now the company is asking me to move back to research. It has been 5 months and I have been trying to adapt to this company. I feel like quitting this job already. It is frustrating. Any recommendations??

Are most companies paying for you to learn new skills? When acquiring new skills are you mostly self taught? What are your best go to sites for learning animation or video skills? Trying to gauge the norm on expectations for new hires who need to know everything from print, web, video, social and animation. Can you do it all?

How did you go about finding a therapist and/or coach to support you in your career transition? What value did they add, what would you do same/different if you had the time again and any other tips?

I am currently working mostly in Data Analytics, but I want to transition into Data Engineering. I've applied to a couple Data engineer positions but it seems I don't have the qualifications for them. Should I maybe look for Jr. Data Engineer positions to get experience and try to move up from there? If so anybody know of any Jr. Data Engineer positions available?

I work with great people. Really can’t say anything bad about my firm in general either. But…I still dislike the entire premise of law firm life, the billable hour, etc.. I’d love to work in a law school setting as a counselor or something but I can’t afford the pay cut. *sigh* Does anyone feel like being a lawyer is just doing homework all day? Hello everyone. I am looking to transition into the medical writing field, but I don’t seem to have the right type of experience. I have technical writing experience, but I don’t have experience with clinical studies or clinical trials. Does anyone have any advice on how I can gain more experience in this field? I am pursuing the AMWA Essential Skills certificate and am working on a master degree, but any other information would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve been dabbling with the idea of getting into copywriting as something to soon the side but I have no experience doing it. What steps should I take (books to read, gigs to start with or pursue, etc) if I want to go from $0 and next to ) experience to $40k or so a year?

If you make it to senior manager at big four can you leave and become partner or director at mid size firm? Is this hard to do? I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner. Also I got a long way to go before senior manager fyi.
