Buy/hold

Sell. The huge spike in Crypto demand is basically flat now, gamers anyways weren’t happy wit the increased costs. With the crypto’s bleeding n finally stable at 80% discount, I don’t see th upticks which it enjoyed in last year.

@M1, the crypto crash was baked into NVDA stock after last earnings call when it fell due to lack of GPU demand from the crash. Long-term the idea is GPUs will increasingly be needed for their processing power on an industrial scale (AI/machine learning research), which is a growing field.

If you are still in NVDA hold but should have probably sold from the likes of AMD and MU. I have QCOM holding on to hope for 5G demand🤞

5G had a disastrous test in Amsterdam, killing almost 500 birds in the first testing. I doubt if it will take off without significant changes, thus pushing the release a few months / years ahead.

Agree Mck1 ... but it’s down 60% from peak of 300. I’d stay away unless someone did a HODL.

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

What does 401k mean?

like

From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.

How easy is it to get a mortgage for the second home?

Household income - 300k

Happy to add more details as needed

Thanks
