Hey Salesforce professionals! I am currently an exec at Accenture with 15 YOE in healthcare looking to possibly make a change. I applied to a posting to a business strategy - senior director position in the healthcare payer/provider space that I am very qualified for but am having trouble identifying a recruiter/gatekeeper that I can reach out to to hopefully distinguish myself from the pack. Anyone able to help point me to an individual who might be open to a note or conversation?

When you know where you want to work, who do you reach out to first — the hr/talent/recruiter or directly to the CD or ECD depending on level? Or both?

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

Where is the loyalty in that !!??

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

2016 - $45,000 (non profit)
2017 - $65,000 (in house admin)
2018 - $80,000 (consultant)
2019 - $98,000 (Sr. Consultant)
2020 - $130,000 + 15% bonus (Sr. Consultant)
2021 -$175,000 + 12% bonus (delivery manager)

About to sign on with a new consulting firm, and their onboarding documentation wants me to sign a non-compete which prevents me from joining another firm that does Salesforce work for 12 months after the end of this role...
