I'm rejected in the final interview round of VmWare. I had never been rejected in a final round of the interview process before. They asked some networking and C language based questions which I studied 6 years ago in college. I have other offers in hand. But I saw good reviews about this company. Our company of 110 EEs has separate providers for payroll and HRIS, not happy with either products. I’m gathering data to make a pitch to move everything into an all-in-one HRIS + payroll.

Hi all, I joined a company 7 weeks ago as a motion graphics designer in the marketing team. 5 weeks after I joined, two coworkers in my team, both titled marketing associate handed in two weeks notice and leaving on the same day. They told me the reason they leave is because of the head of marketing who was my hiring manager during the interview process. I do find there is a lack of management and project planning.(I will continue the story in the comment section due to word limit in this post)
