If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?

I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

To be blunt, university does matter to prestigious firms when hiring at graduate level. When you become an experienced hire, it becomes less important as your CV and delivery to date is most important. Where is your current offer from? Better to focus on smashing that grad scheme and focusing on getting good experience to then pivot post grad scheme.
I am to answer via pm & yes I think my only chance would be experienced hire as from feedback I think I am very good at my job and understand the industry well but Oliver Wyman for example literally filters all the non-target unis before checking grads/experience and etc and I know this for a fact lol so for me its like how do I even bypass that other than experienced hire lol - I am happy to talk through my experience in private if that help
Any help or advice would be much appreciated as this is my final chance of getting a better strategy house than my offers - I would love to speak to anyone in this community who can give me advice and I am happy to elaborate on my experiences because I know I deserve a strong shot to pass screeing despite my university as humble as possible!
Depending on your interest and background, your other option would be to go to a good specialised boutique, either focusing on specific project types or industry, and then pivot after a couple of years to a larger firm which hires talent in your specific practice area. Unfortunately entry level hiring has slowed down quite a bit, so firms are more aggressive then ever in filtering out candidates based on academics
