Can someone answer why an agency might post a job posting for the same exact position twice where the only difference is the salary range listed? For more context i’m referring to OMG, and one post says the salary cap is $65k and the other says $75k. When I asked the recruiter she said that the cap for the role is $65k.

How is this fair? I find it super misleading. Any info/ clarity would help. Maybe i’m missing something here. Thanks in advance!

I will complete my Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State University this fall. Banking on my prior work experience of 5.5 years in SuccessFactors implementation (Deloitte USI), I am targeting similar kind of roles at Deloitte and PwC.
Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? My past roles have been such that I do a lot of marketing projects, tasks etc. but I’m not a specialist. I’m worried if I use this terminology I won’t even be considered for a role. Thank you
