Currently interviewing for a SAP Solution Manager Consultant role at Schneider Electric. I have ~5 years of experience in SAP SolMan 7.2 (ChaRM, ITSM, CAB, RCA, audit/compliance, SAP support) and am currently at ₹9 LPA.

What would be a realistic CTC expectation/range for this role at Schneider Electric India? Any insights on compensation and growth would be appreciated.

However, a bit confused if I should try and recruit with MBB’s or if I should accept the big 4 offer already and take the sign on bonus?

*Ohio* I stepped into a role as Software Engineer (.Net) with no experience at $70k. Six months ago I had brought up the fact I was being underpaid for the job I was doing with now 3 years of experience being the only Engineer on the team and my manager agreed giving me an increase to $90k. When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
