I am approaching the Roth IRA income limit, and have a pre-existing Roth IRA that was not converted from a traditional account. Is there a way for me to take advantage of the backdoor Roth loophole while funneling the money into my current Roth? $530k HHI, $250k cash on hand, $1.2M investments/retirement. Plan to buy $800-900k house as our first home, but thinking of the best approach given rates today. My thinking is that we (i) put $200k+ down and get a 5/1 ARM. (ii) put everything we save moving forward toward paying down the principal (after maximizing retirement accounts). Should be able to do $100k per year. (iii) If rates go down below 4.5ish % for 15 year fixed, refinance and stop aggressive payment. Thoughts on this approach?

Looks like a scam to me..after getting shortlisted for interview and confirming the time slot..few hours before I am receiving a email stating either interview is completed or not selected or cancelled even before the interview takes place.. Happened with Accenture, Infosys, capgemini.. Is this some sort of new way to cover up and showcase that they have conducted so many interviews or just my bad timing..
