Hi all. How’s hiring in healthcare? I am growing tired of PMO work (glorified staff aug). I hate being a babysitter PM with my exp.

I have over 15 YOE with 10 in healthcare. Stints at Big 4, BAH and Optum. MBA/PMP which has pigeonholed me into these roles.

For folks exiting to FAANG / Product at start ups or really any hot company. How do you go about networking to get the interview? Do you apply then cold email someone you may have an “in”with, or are you picking say 10 companies and then having warm contacts there that you’ll ping when you see a job. I’ve been passively looking for jobs but zero luck, I only want to leave for the right fit. Big 4 here so feel my brand won’t auto get me an interview like mbb/t2

Are companies starting to require hybrid schedules? I'm waiting to hear from a potential remote opportunity that's located in another state and I'm not looking to relocate at all. A friend shared that they were offered a position for a role that was suppose to be remote however when the offer was extended, the company asked informed that the position had changed to hybrid. Hey all, question about a toxic organization. I’ve rided it out in sales as an AE at an org for 2 years and now I truly feel my mental health suffers. We have “forecast sales meetings” where the Director grills us on deals in front of the entire team. There is inconsistent behavior and 0 accountability from leadership when we don’t hit our sales targets.

Is this a normal thing in sales?

I am more or less satisfied with my job. But if I get opportunity with a bigger firm should I take it up? I have not completed two years in any company. Does that affect my career growth?
