Hi all, I got offer from morgan stanley but my joining is very late 3 weeks from now, even though im immediate joiner. Its been 2 weeks, I have completed my notice and waiting. Hr mentioned he will prepone once bgv is cleared. How long do they take for bgv, I submitted all details last thursday . Is this something i should be worried about ? or banks usually take time. Currently i rejected all other offers I had. Should i keep trying for other interviews? this will add month gap is my resume.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

Is it reasonable to ask for three weeks before joining a new company? I was thinking a two week notice and a week vacation to take a breath. What do you think ?
