My interviews are cleared in Natwest. Now they just asked for last 3 months salary slips and Current company offer letter. Salary negotiation is going on. Can anyone tell me the process? Does Natwest asks for more docs later and till when they will release offer letter?

I am worried that coming out or rather being outed may affect my ability to build relationships because parents who have issues will inevitably relay certain messages to their children.


Coming out in an elementary setting is different from a middle or high school setting I feel. Anyone else?

Does anyone from VAT indirect taxation profile in EY let me know if we can get around 13-14 lacs fixed package if we are currently on 11 lacs fixed. I could see many AM level are getting 18-19 lacs also. Is there no bracket or is there a highest bracket?
