Hi all, I have been working as Senior Salesforce admin from past 5 years. I have sql background, I have also learned Apex coding and have hands-on experience in it. However I don’t know lightening development and JavaScript. I am looking for a job change, is it a good idea to move to Salesforce developer role ? Is it possible to get a job as a developer even if one doesn’t know lightening development and don’t have integration experience using Rest or SOAP api?

How valid do you think a Myers briggs test is for determining if a career pivot is the right move. I recently took one and the career suggestions from the results seemed to be things I was already thinking about doing anyway which was a pleasant surprise.

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin.
