And As im new joinee to IBM how to fill my timesheet and I opened time@ibm app I'm seeing error as "you are not authorised to claim in BMS nor in erp".

I love teaching art but am having to teach remotely to 1150 kids, k - 5. Have about 54 amazing elementary art teachers in my district that share SO much! I could retire (34 yrs), but just don’t want to because I love what I do! Feeling like my students aren’t getting what they should because I am struggling with Zoom, Microsoft, safe YouTube, bitmoji, embedding, downloads, editing, etc. Anyone else feeling this way?

IEP, 504, and those without internet will return in-person next week while rest of students remain remote. Regular Ed teachers may have students (mild Learning Disabled kiddos) in their room while teaching. Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Legally it seems, all employers are required to do so if we use our phone in literally any capacity (video call, slack, teams, emails etc). How prevalent is the issue of not reimbursing phone dues?

I am currently in AWS + NodeJS stack, 6.5 yoe, cctc 20lpa

I am continuously giving & cracking interviews but none of them are ready to offer my expected CTC.

I am expecting 30lpa, while initial screening call every HR says ok, they can offer 32, 35 and so on. But after cracking the interview they are asking me to join for 25 or 27lpa.

I even tried with collecting multiple offers, if I say I have offer for 27lpa, they also offering same 27lpa

I recently cleared all rounds at jpmc and had a discussion with hr about my package. HR said she will release the offer in 2 weeks but my status on the job portal says as position no longer considered. When I asked she said it’s due to system issue and she will update regarding the status of my offer letter. But I feel something’s wrong.
