tally up each day and put the date. Document, document, document. When you believe you have enough documentation, call ? (Not sure)

Get out of there! Respectfully. It’s called working in peace. This is why I choose to only work remote now. I don’t have time for the office hoopla anymore.
I would just have a private meeting with her boss. Most likely they will side with you because it already sounds like there are issues. They might give you some insight on why they tolerate it or best case scenario it forces them to deal with the problem since it is effecting the staff in the office. Stress that it’s affecting your job performance. Say it makes you uncomfortable, you’re worried you will do something unintentional to set her off. Come with examples of actual situations not just blanket statements. If that doesn’t resolve it find another job. I’ve found working for large corporations not only have more job security but also large HR departments and lengthy chain of commands that usually eliminate these types of issues pretty quickly.
BBB only looks out for their member paid clients. No help for people who have bern wronged
