Simple question. Why do Doctors earn so much in a country where access to health services is so difficult ? I don’t mind if they are becoming billionaires. I would just rather have more Doctors paid less. Access is a real issue. If the argument is around better opportunities in the US, this applies to many people, including us.

How do you usually ask for PTO? I have the days accrued but I have PTSD from a past job about asking for time off. I’m wanting to take 5 days in June for a family trip and know I need to put in the request to the partners I work for sooner rather than later. I had to take a day this last week and they were great about it (immediate “Yeses”) but somehow, asking for a week feels like a hurdle.
