Hi All, which certification is better valued- PSM or CSM?

Has anyone thought of doing of a masters in CS instead of a MBA to break into product management?

Any thoughts on an MBA vs MS Project Management. I was planning on doing an MBA but and MS Project Management seems like the better option now. I will be an international student and was planning on making a career shift into project management itself. I thought MBA would give me the best chance but I came across some good MS Project Management degrees. Also, I already hold a MS but in another field. Any thoughts?

I absolutely hate creating tactical maps/ecosystems/plumbing charts etc. I love actually working on developing brand plans and tactics- and even the understanding of channels. Should I change fields? What else is there?

How easy is it to move from an investment bank firm to a tech company?

Ive had a career break for while and now looking to get back in the work force, in meantime been doing some freelance graphic design and marketing. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Interviewed for a position and was confident I had it in the bag. It’s been a month with weekly follow ups from the Talent MGR telling me that I am one of the final candidates and to hang in there...

I feel like in our school they are asking more and more of aides and other staff with no certification (beyond HS diploma). Don't get me wrong I don't mind helping out but we are the lowest paid position in the district, why are we asked to fill in for everyone else with no compensation? Ive subbed in classroom and special areas... um even uncertified subs make more than me... admin insists this is happening everywhere and we need to be flexible... but is it really?!?!
