8 years ago I was working on a company and they had created a PF account for me. I worked for 6 months on that company and left.

Now it's been 8 years I am not contributing to PF on my current company.

Can my next employer create a new PF under same UAN.

FYI: I can able to login to UAN portal and see my previous PF account.

How do you guys set up your 401K accounts ? Since a lot of vanguard funds have bonds and I’ve heard bonds are haram to invest in? Would like opinions

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?
