Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. UK market is open only for niche skillsets ( Data engineer + analytics). Firms aren't interested in sponsoring rest all skill sets, as they can be filled internally. They have limited quota every year, and are very choosy when it comes to allocation. Preference is first given to EU nationals and then Asians during shortlist stage.

Referral works, but the person who is referring you should have enough clout in the organization to present your profile!
