Hi currently working in AKS migration project in Accenture with 13 fixed and 2.73 variable. Cleared interview with Publicis Sapient for senior associate infrastructure L1 Azure role. They offered around 20.3 fixed and 97k variable. Is it wise to join PS. How is the work culture and job security? Or should I wait for December hike in Accenture which will be my first hike after almost 1 year.

Total experience is 4 years and 5 months as DevOps engineer

Current CTC 16, offered 26 by Fidelity - fixed and variable split almost same in current company as well as fidelity

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
