I’m feeling stagnant in my career and looking for ways to grow. I was considering obtaining a PMP certification and wondering how impactful this is. Is this certification well recognized?

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. Any tips to prolong nail polish wear? My nails chip in less than 2 days with regular nail polish. I don’t want to get gel or powder because they ruin my nails and I only want to have my nails polished occasionally.
