Guys thoughts on #NNN..??
Any 1 lost already..?
As a result of #metoo, it was revealed that now a lot of male supervisors and councillors are refusing to train/guide their female juniors. Most of them don't want the hassle of being accused of sexual harassment.
What are your thoughts on this?

You have to understand that it is the greatest reality of life. Our grandparents had to face the pain of losing parents, our parents too and we will also face the same pain. It is very important to be strong and intentionally counsel yourself as well as everyone in your family esp your mother and siblings . This is very important atleast for next 6 months. Often it is seen that other family members spiral into depression and lose the will to live which manifests into other physical conditions as well. Take out time everyday to talk to them atleast once a day and counsel them on how it is important to move on and how we all need each other in the family more than ever. Tell them they can call you anytime they feel like talking anything. Celebrate his well lived life instead of feeling sad over his passing on. You are young so all this talk might not come naturally but it will become easier as you counsel others more and more.
Watch these 2 videos very important once everyday

Hey buddy,
I’m so sorry for your loss. Losing someone you love creates a deep void that nothing else can fill, and I know it’s incredibly painful.
I want to gently remind you that some things in life, as hard as they are, are beyond our control. Dwelling on "what ifs" or thinking about scenarios that could have changed the outcome will only add to your pain.
Life can feel unfair and unpredictable, but acceptance is a step toward healing. Take your time to grieve and lean on your family and friends for support. Talk to them, cry if you need to, hug them tightly—it’s okay to feel vulnerable.
Writing down your emotions might help you process what you’re going through. And remember, time, along with love and support, can bring healing.
You’re not alone in this, and everything will eventually find its place. Take care of yourself.

I literally have no words to say what you must've been going through. I know it's difficult but you have to accept the reality and try to engage yourself in work and be with your family in tough times. Sorry for your loss
I'm more hurt coz everything went opposite that day. It was Sunday, no good doctor, no proper treatment, everything went south. He was searching for bride for me and my brother.
He was good man and a spiritual person who always helped, but no help from God that day
