I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. I see people with multiple offers (5+ in multiple occasions)....A lot of deserving people should have been kept on hold or rejected because of those offer hoarding individuals.

But honestly i don't blame them for this.... It's becoming a culture these days and i also believe that those IT companies deserve this last minute dropout....Their rude HR don't even care to pick up calls or update a candidate and leave them hanging in most of the times.
