Hi everyone! I was hoping to receive some advice with how to transition to product management. I'm currently a senior medical secretary, 2 years of experience, at a well know hospital with a BA in psych and econ and a certificate in PM (thought I would at least get that since my job pays for it). I've been applying for PM or APM roles since March 2022 at various hospitals and healthcare companies but I've yet to get a shot at a 1st interview. Any ideas on how to improve my odds?

Hi all - just joining and looking for some guidance! I am currently in an IT internship position (making pretty solid money considering) and following this summer I will stay on part time during my senior year (discussing a full-time job offer after already). Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical.
