$4000 for 2 bed is more realistic
Oh boy… 🫠
Palo Alto should be out of consideration set unless you’re independently wealthy. Sunnyvale, San Jose are at 3.5 - 4K a month for a two bedroom. 3k maybe Walnut Creek or Dublin but the hike into SF will be extremely bad. (Source me - Moved last year into a 3 bedroom townhome - rented)
How is Walnut Creek or Dublin? I don’t mind moving to those areas!
Well where will you be commuting to and what is your max desired commute time?
I won’t be commuting anywhere honestly! I just prefer to be on the west coast since everyone is west coast hours!
Not sure if it would work for you, but I might have a furnished 1BR with sleeper couch and parking available in SF until January 20. You can DM me if you want.
Thanks! I’ll need a 2-bedroom though since it’s me and my best friend moving together!
look up trinity 33 8th street not sure if you wanna be in sf proper tho
Ooooooo… I don’t particularly, but I’ll check it out!
Walnut Creek is a great choice, and it’s one of the more affordable areas.
Any recommendations on apartments? I’ve looked up a few, but I’m not sure what’s good and what’s not!
Best of luck, very difficult to find a 1 bd for $3000 that would be decent to live in or neighborhood
RIP me… 🫠
Those are all very different areas. What do you need to be close to?
I don’t need to be close to anything! I just wanted to be on the west coast since the whole team is here.
OUCH, there is nothing in that range, unless you venture East to Pleasanton, or south to Morgan Hill.
