I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
I had communicated my expected salary of 11 LPA (fixed) during negotiations for which HR said she would have to ask the concerned team. I then said that I am willing to negotiate and was offered 10. Was this wise or should I have waited ?

I had my two or three interviews, got an offer for a role at an university, I accepted and am “ hired” . But they’re still checking references . Does that make sense ? I got a update that one of my references did not work out. I provided two other references that I don’t know if they’ll give great reviews due to them being petty. Is it a high chance that they can take the offer away if I don’t meet the requirements for my references ?

I’ve been trying to figure out dosage and medication over the past month and wanted some insight from people who may have more experience with diff doses. I switched to 10 mg for a week and it was good but a bit up and down, so switched to Vyvanse 30 mg for a week, which was too strong. My wife is a Fragile X carrier, so with this and trouble conceiving we are doing IVF and doing genetic testing on the embryos. There were 2 options Natera and Cooper. We went with Natera - and they take so long!! It sounds like it will be months before they send sample collection kits to us and close family members, then use those samples to develop a customized embryo test. Natera is fine with us beginning hormone stimulation in parallel, but our RE won’t allow it (no clear explanation why).

Most of the time while applying for Data Analyst role too under the job description they mention mandatory skills as ML/AI.

I mean if one knows ML and has hands-on experience on it, won't he apply for the Data Scientist role!
