Pay is good, but missing the mission aspect of work. Have interview offers from Microsoft and Amazon for cleared PM work, but most of them are less product manager work and more adjacent program work.

This might just be grass is greener thinking, but would love to hear if you have made the transition if you enjoy cleared PM work or do you wish you stayed in the non-cleared space?

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences.
