First, I would say to focus on exploring this feeling and use it to make you better, not fearful. You've identified some of your skills. Figure out how you can continue to grow those skills. Can you use those skills in your current role in a new way or a new role? Side hustle? Take some time to explore (rather than trying to run after opportunities) out of the fear of missing out.
How about something like Reddit? I heard they have pretty similar cultures and comps.
Are you looking to stay in the same role/career path, or are you open to exploring new opportunities? What's the most important factors to you in an employer? Sounds like growth matters, but what about things like culture, comp, etc.?
When you say growth, are you looking to stay within your current scope or thinking of transitioning into a new role? Before you pick a new company and go job shopping, spend some time thinking on what you really want your growth to look like.
There are a lot of cool startups in NYC that would benefit from that kind of skillset and you might feel more interested in the work in terms of building something from the ground up. Are there any industries/verticals you're specifically interested in?
I think Google has a great program called "Googler to Googler" where employees can train other employees. Worth checking out!
