Would appreciate suggestions regarding two offers from tech consulting firms Cognizant and Pwc. Currently 5.3 years of experience Mobile Application Developer with ctc is 16.5 fixed + 4.5 variable

Cognizant : 22 fixed + 70k variable
PWC: 17.5 fixed + 30% variable.

Questions:
Is pwc too low or the long term overall career benefits outweigh the currently ctc difference?

What are the health insurance benefits provided at SAP India ? What is the base cover and how much can it be extended to ?

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). CreditSafe

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
