Feeling demotivated as not getting selected any of the interviews attending, this week i appeared for more than 6 interviews but no luck rejected in all.
Pls give some motivation

Am I wrong in thinking that failing to follow up with a candidate after the initial phone screen (not the interview) is not a deadly sin? We talk to 30-40 people every week, and as much as we try, some people (especially the ones who show negative attitudes) do not hear back from us.

If a role I was applying for is still in a black box for the prioritization exercise is it safe to assume that it’s not happening? I’ve been in touch with my recruiter but every week the update is the same, “we should know more next week but there’s no visibility right now”. Kinda losing hope here 🤷🏻‍♀️
