Hi fishes, I am in a jiffy right now. I am currently working with Deloitte USI as a senior con. and my CTC was 21 (19 fixed + 10% variable). I got an offer from accenture consulting at 35 (28 fixed + 27% variable) + 2.8 joining bonus.

After Deloitte's market adjustment, I am at 26 (23.5 + 10% variable).

Looking at the new fixed component, I am only getting a 20% hike on base pay from Accenture. I spoke to them and they aren't ready to negotiate on the base pay.

Is this a good move?

Hcl offer me 12 lakh on 8.6 years and CTS is giving me 16 lakh... Will hcl revised my offer letter on basis of counter offer and match the same ... I want to join HCL but they offer me less amount
